IDMSA BH specialises in capital markets; focused on serving institutional clients. Our capital sources can be an effective alternative to bank financing or the owners’ own funds.
We develop our Partner solutions in three stages:
STAGE I – In-depth analysis of the situation and needs of our Partner, selection of the most beneficial method of financing
STAGE II – Implementation and realisation of the jointly prepared process
STAGE III – Ongoing consulting and substantive support following the realisation of the project.
Our offer related to capital operations includes the following solutions:
PUBLIC FORMS OF FINANCING
• Initial public offering of securities (IPO)
• Execution of follow-on issues of securities of public companies (SPO)
• Active promotion of issues and search for investors
• Preparation of complete documentation (issue prospectus, memorandum)
• Representing the company to capital market institutions (Polish Financial Supervision Authority, Warsaw Stock Exchange, Polish National Depository for Securities)
• Introduction of securities to public trading
