Institutional Sales
Institutional Sales is the foundation of secondary market at IDMSA with a turnover of c.a. 60-70% of total market share that IDMSA generates.
We take care of all institutional orders i.e. VWAP, limit, discretional, volume, OTD, placed by telephone, fax or e-mail. We can also trade through the Bloomberg platform.
We trade to almost all Polish pension and mutual funds on a daily basis, with cooperation to all Polish custody banks. We’re familiar with all MIFID regulations and offer settlement and confirmation through encrypted data transfer.
We offer leading research and recommendation support to our clients, with 68 covered companies from all major sectors i.e. banks, chemicals, FMCG, energy, construction, IT, media, real-estate, telecommunication. Our clients receive daily news on covered companies along with the summary of previous session, monthly report with market scenario and model portfolio, sector reports and annual equity strategy. All documents are prepared in English.
Institutional Sales is not only Secondary Market but also Primary Market. We offer placement of Pre-IPO, IPO, SPO, Bonds etc. to our clients, covering the Road Show, Book-Building, price settlement and allocation.
IDMSA has a great record of companies brought to Warsaw Stock Exchange what enables contacts between investors and companies and access to block trades. We organise Investor Days with our companies or one-on-one meetings if required.
