Grzegorz Leszczyński President of the Management Board |
Grzegorz Leszczyński graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a master’s degree in Economics. He also holds a securities broker’s licence (No. 299). Mr Leszczyński has been involved in the Polish capital market almost since its re-emergence in the early 1990s. In 1993, he became President of the Management Board of the Instalexport S.A. Brokerage House. Since that time, he has held a number of management positions in companies engaging in brokerage and investment activities. He has worked for IDMSA BH (formerly Krakowski Dom Maklerski and Internetowy Dom Maklerski) since 1998 – first as General Director, and later as President of the Management Board.

Rafał Abratański Vice-President of the Management Board |
Rafał Abratański graduated in Business Law from the Jagiellonian University and completed management courses held by the Kraków Chamber of Industry and Commerce. His involvement in the capital market dates back to 1994. Just as Mr Leszczyński, he joined the IDMSA BH (formerly Krakowski Dom Maklerski) team in 1998, working first as Director and then as Member of the Management Board. Since 2002, he has been Vice-President of the Management Board.
