The current position of our Partner can require the use of unconventional means. Knowledge and experience of the IDMSA BH team enable us to reach beyond the standard activities and propose to each Client a solution adjusted to their current needs and selected strategy. In order to ensure the success of a project, we make use of the potential of the whole group, including IDEA TFI (IDEA Investment Fund Company). The structure of closed-end investment funds introduces several additional options, which are effectively used by us in our cooperation with Partners.
Given the complex nature of our projects, the role of project coordinator is generally fulfilled by IDMSA BH, who work together with leading market experts in the areas of law, accounting and marketing. This has a very positive effect on the execution of the projects and their results. We aim to streamline the Partners’ involvement in the process; handling the majority of the workload, allowing our Partners to concentrate on important strategic issues and concentrate on the ongoing management of the company.
